The prime responsibility of the Pre-Sales Software Solution Expert is to collect information to accurately prepare and run demos, trials, and analysis results. The Solution Expert is responsible for defining the data workflow, IT infrastructure (h/w, s/w, servers) & IT integration and contributes to the solution scoping activities.
- As a key member of the Sales team, acting as a technical and hands-on solution lead, the Pre Sales Software Solution Expert spearheads the technical understanding of the customers business, interfaces with the solution architecture team in defining the solution concept, prepares & demonstrates on AIQoD s software platform as per the solution, visits customers on-site to understand customer need & requirement.
- The Pre-Sales Software Solution Expert supports the Sales team in the qualification of the project opportunity and definition of the technical proposal to answer customer requests during the pre sales stage.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- A proven, hands-on, software solution expert with a minimum experience of 0-2 years in pre sales & software solutions working with multiple industry verticals.
- Consultative thinking . Strong experience in defining software solutions, with capability to investigate, evaluate, analyze and classify customer information data.
- Strong hands-on working knowledge of enterprise software s Gen AI based Software products /platforms, ERP, PLM, MES, etc . with capability to understand & work with various Operating Systems and programming languages.
- Should be able to give live demonstrations on software products. Ability to install, implement, configure fully integrated, technological and complex software solutions.
- As a trusted technical advisor s/he has strong capability to identify customer s requirements, information needs & provide a software solution addressing their business requirements.
- Capability to share & transfer relevant knowledge upon people needs, both in terms of technical & tactical skills.
- Ability to synthetize and communicate clear messages, adapted & targeted to the different industry verticals addressed.
- Good business acumen with excellent presentation & organizational skills, critical & analytical thinking, reasoning, evaluating (profitability/risk), problem solving, decision making.
EDUCATION & LANGUAGE
- Bachelors of Engineering (B.E) / Bachelors in Technology (B. Tech) in Computer Science /Electronics / Information Technology / _____ with specialization in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning.
- Fluency in English is Mandatory. Knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Travel: Within India and international traveling is required. Approximately 60% travelling.
