Provide pre-sales technical leadership and expert guidance to WIFI Networks customers and partners
Engage in all large and complex opportunities and use technical skill-set to win customer mindshare
Develop and build relationships with customers & technology partners at various levels.
Be a trusted advisor to customers and have deep technical understanding of their network. Deliver expert level support to customers during product evaluation.
Configuration and Troubleshoot of Networking products such as Access Point,Switch..ETC
Provide direct feedback to product management and engineering, engage in the product development process.
Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services.
