Positioning digital offerings and solutions to customers via multiple channels: in person, on calls, over email, through events and winning new projects for digital.
Primary focus on new customer acquisition (hunting) through account research lead generation
Building and leading an inside sales team
Client relationship management
Skill setExperience in Pre-Sales/Business Analyst/Business Development on Tech Side (selling tech service/creative services)
Knowledge of digital technologies and digital transformation: Mobility, BI, Analytics, Big Data, Cloud, Social, AI/ML
Sales experience with enterprise verticals such as BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), TTH (Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality), RLCG (Retail, Logistics, and Consumer Goods), HPLS (Healthcare, Pharma, Life Sciences).
Outstanding client interaction and customer management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
