Job Description

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and business challenges.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to demonstrate the company's solutions and services.
Prepare and deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Analyze client requirements and design tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Develop and present technical proposals and documentation.
  • Coordinate with product management and technical teams to ensure solutions align with client expectations.
Provide detailed explanations of product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Address and resolve technical questions or concerns from potential clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Assist in the creation of sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Support the sales team in qualifying leads and assessing opportunities.
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to drive the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical discussions, and sales activities.
  • Provide regular reports on pre-sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
Contribute to the development of sales collateral and marketing materials.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and objectives.
Share insights and feedback from clients to help improve products and services.
