Support Sales Teams: Collaborate with the Pre-Sales Manager or Sales Department to assist both the direct sales and partner-led sales teams in achieving new client acquisition targets within specified geographical areas.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with sales leadership to strategize client opportunities, develop industry-aligned value propositions, and effectively position our products to prospects and customers.
Technical Expertise: Build deep technical pre-sales expertise. Ensure alignment between pre-sales and sales teams for effective collaboration.
Pre-Sales Planning: Develop an effective pre-sales plan that addresses competition. Conduct research and create ready-to-use templates for the sales teams to streamline the sales process.
Use Case Repository: Create and maintain a repository of industry-specific use cases to highlight the value of our products during the sales cycle. Assist in product demonstrations.
Process Knowledge: Provide in-depth process knowledge related to use cases, industry, and domain expertise. Document this information to support delivery teams in assessing the scope of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and estimating project timelines and efforts. Address technical and process inquiries and provide collateral support.
Proposal Preparation & Development: Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to prepare high-quality proposals and Terms of Reference (TOR) with clear deliverables and deadlines.
Client Feedback Loop: Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for delivery and back-end teams. Provide ongoing feedback regarding client-specific features and functionality requirements for incorporation into our product platform after thorough due diligence.
Partnership Engagement: Meet with key channel partners, system integrators, customers, and prospects to review and contribute to pipeline opportunities. Offer strategic support to the sales leadership.
Stakeholder / Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate and Work closely with key internal stakeholders, including sales leadership, product teams, technical support, and aligned organization leads, to enhance sales effectiveness.
Team Development & Growth: Contribute to the growth, efficiency, and effectiveness of the pre-sales and automation solutions teams.
Educational Qualification & Experience
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business).
Proven experience of 1-3 years in a pre-sales or technical sales role within the IT industry.
Self-starter with a proven track record in Pre-sales and software solutions teams
Strong technical knowledge related to our product offerings.
