Roles and Responsibilities:-
Conducting telecallings to potential clients to introduce our products/services andgenerate interest.
Utilizing data provided to you to identify and target potential clients for our BDMs.
Scheduling appointments for BDMs with qualified leads and setting up meetings between the client and BDM.
Following up with prospects who have shown interest in our products/services.
Providing necessary information to potential clients about our company, products/services, pricing, and delivery options.
Maintaining and updating records of all customer interactions and providing timely feedback to the sales team.
Providing regular reports on lead generation, appointments, and sales progress.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our competitive edge.
