Qualifications And Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in cold calling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills
- Ability to effectively engage with potential clients
- Knowledge of background verification services is preferred
- Result-oriented and target-driven
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Hindi speaking candidates are preferred.

- Contact potential customers via cold calling to introduce our background verification services
- Leads will be provided and must use effectively to get business
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and lead nurturing
- Understand customer needs and tailor our services to meet their requirements
