Looking for a Pre-Sales Associate (PSA) role

As a PSA, your primary responsibility would involve engaging with direct-to-consumer (D2C) sellers currently operating on various online marketplaces, and educating them about our product.

Interacting with sellers across diverse categories will not only be challenging but also incredibly exciting. You will serve as the face of the company for a wide range of businesses. Your daily interactions with sellers from different categories will also contribute to the enhancement of your soft skills, including communication, interpersonal, coordination, and confidence. A typical day in the life of a PSA would include:
- Engaging with 100-150 e-commerce sellers who are active on various marketplaces such as Amazon (AZ), Flipkart (FK), etc.
- Pitching and creating a sales funnel from the leads.
- Scheduling and conducting demo calls with the respective Business Development Teams.
- Ensuring the completion and progress of demo calls set by you.
- Accurately transcribing and documenting sellers interaction updates within the CRM systems.
- Keeping clarity on leads and ensuring outreach to all leads.
- Seeking support from your managers to enhance your skill set.
What does an ideal candidate look like
- Professional Experience: Candidates with 1+ years of experience in an MNC/Start-up environment or any reputed organization, or those with previous e-commerce experience will be preferred. Freshers from reputable colleges with a strong interest in building a career in sales and business development are also welcome.
- Educational Background: Graduation/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets or sales-related CRM.
- Language Proficiency: Strong fluency in Hindi and English is a must.
- Sales-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated ability to understand sellers needs, proactively address their problems on marketplace platforms, and drive overall benefits by transitioning to the ShopDeck platform.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with sellers.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with the internal sales team.
- Adaptability: Thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Time Management: Ability to plan, prioritize workloads, and delegate effectively.
