PRE-SALES ASSOCIATE

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by working closely with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our data and AI services. This role requires a blend of technical expertise , excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare RFPs, RFIs, Pitch decks for potential clients.
- Conduct discovery meetings with Sales team to understand client needs, challenges, and objectives .
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our data and AI solutions to prospective clients.
Solution Design:
- Work with Practice team to gather and design customized solutions that meet the clients specific needs.
- Develop detailed proposals, including technical specifications and pricing.
- Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with the client's business goals and technical requirements.
Technical Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of our service offerings, including data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data and AI.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation, whitepapers, and case studies.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the data analytics & engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our solutions and network with potential clients.
Customer Support:
- Provide pre-sales support by answering technical questions and addressing concerns.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's D egree in C omputer S cience , Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- MBA degree fr om top -tier i nstit ution .
- 1 + years of experience in a pre-sales, services sales, or similar role, preferably within the data and AI industry.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies.
- Good understanding of tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
