Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Noida, with the flexibility to work remotely. As a Pre Sales professional at askIITians, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, providing consultations, and offering solutions that meet their needs. You will engage with customers to understand their challenges, demonstrate the value of our products and services, and assist them throughout the pre-sales process.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in consulting and customer service
  • Knowledge of pre-sales processes and methodologies
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the education or EdTech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
