Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales and Call Audit Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and ensuring the quality of our customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales:

• Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media to generate and qualify leads.
• Understand client needs and requirements, and present suitable educational solutions.
• Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and lead status.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing necessary pre-sales assistance.

Call Audit:

• Monitor and evaluate calls made by the admission counselors and sales team to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and training to team members based on call evaluations.
• Develop and implement call quality standards and best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports on call quality and team performance.
• Identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies to enhance customer interaction quality.

Qualifications:

• Graduate.
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a pre-sales, call audit, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and call monitoring tools.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
