Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct market research to identify potential properties and evaluate their value.
• Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about available properties.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sale agreements on behalf of clients.
• Guide clients through the property transaction process, including paperwork and legal requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with other team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required for freshers; previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
