Job Title: Pre-Production Engineer (Electrical Engineer)
Reports to: Head of SAM / series production ramp-up management

Responsible For
- Creation of production documentation
- support for prototypes and pre-serial production
Planning -
- Prototype Production Plan incl. Quality Management = QM-Plan
Realization -
Preparation of documents based on the current phase(Proto, Pilot, Series)
- Identification of requirements for new tools , equipment , measuring and test equipment
- Processed Gerber data from CAM
- Production documents
- Run log from production (DLP)
- Request for tools/stencils
- Support for Process-FMEA, PLP and Process flow diagrams
- Serial Transfer and projects closing
Manage serial products (repeaters)
- Update production documentation according to current status (PCB data, BOM, production documents, etc.)
Check -
- Update prototype production plan including QM plan
- Material availability
- DLP - Check the results of prototype production , document requests for product changes and plan them for the next development phase
Act -
- Adjustment of the prototype schedule
- Manage, coordinate, check and monitor work packages in the project
Lessons Learned
- Inter-project exchange on best practice and lessons learned in different areas of project management (e.g. workflows, technologies).

Qualification
- Successful completion of studies or qualification as a technician or production engineer in the field of electrical engineering or similar, supplemented by experience in Manufacturing Engineering
- Knowledge of current QM methods (QFD, FMEA, PPAP, PPF)
- Good level of English and sound PC knowledge
- Experience in working with tools for requirements management and with ERP systems, MS-Office
- ICS specific knowledge
- Quality methods (internal ICS training program)
- Knowledge Management (internal WE-ICS WIKI)
- Special knowledge in applications (mechanics, enclosure, electronics, ICCS, etc.)
