Job Summary:
A Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for nurturing and educating children aged 3-5 years, fostering their social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development. This role involves creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where young children can explore and develop foundational skills through play-based and structured activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Planning and Implementation:
Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of all children.- Incorporate a variety of teaching techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Plan daily activities and lessons that promote learning through play and exploration.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.- Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order.
Observe and assess each child's progress and behavior, providing feedback and support as needed.
Foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.- Identify and address individual learning and developmental needs.
Provide activities and experiences that support all areas of development, including physical, social, emotional, and intellectual.
