- Assess each child's individual needs and progress, and adapt teaching strategies and activities accordingly.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress, attendance, and other relevant information.- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
Ensure compliance with all school policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety guidelines.
