Job Description

1) Be primarily responsible for the academic quality of the school with its teachers and students.

2) Promote English speaking among staff and students.

3) Assist Head Office and its coordinators in the preparation of the school calendar, term syllabus, lesson plans, worksheets, question papers etc.

4) Be responsible for distributing all academic material received from Head Office to the teachers and through them to the students.

5) Create and implement class wise/teacher wise timetable.

6) Check evaluation of CW, HW, Worksheets and exam Answer papers.

7) Interact with parents and students concerning all academic issues.

8) Arrange for and also conduct teacher training of new teachers.

9) Closely monitor teacher performance (incl. taking rounds of school several times each day).

10) Monitor for timely and effective course completion, revision.

11) The orals are done in calm manner in classroom and students do not shout when doing oral activities.

12) There is no period vacant in any classroom and to arrange for substitution in the morning only.

13) The exchange of teacher after each period to be done within 2 mins and to make sure that students are not roaming outside their classroom.

14) To make sure that all teachers have the syllabus and time table with them and carry it along with themselves all the time.

15) To make sure that the syllabus of each subject is completed in timely manner.

16) Revision to be started at least 15 days before the exams.

17) Proper diary note for homework not done, book/notebook not brought etc.

18) To motivate the teachers not to take leaves frequently.

19) To make sure that each student has mentioned class time table at the back of his/her diary.

20) To recheck few copies of each class on daily basis and make sure that checking of copies are done by teachers in proper manner.

21) To counsel teacher if someone has problem or wants to resign. If you cant convince the teacher or solve his/her problem then escalate it to the CH.

22) To give the holiday homework at least 3 days before the holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month
