Designation-Sr Manager/Associate Director
Job location- Noida sec 58
Experience Required: 8+ years in US Staffing only.
US Shift- 7:00 pm- 4:00 am IST + Free pick/drop facility
CTC range- as per budget, which will be discussed later
Business Partnership:
- Cultivate strong partnerships with Tier 1 clients and internal stakeholders to expand service offerings and enhance competitiveness.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on them.
- Develop strong partnerships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and alignment of objectives.
Strategic Planning and Decision Making:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
- Make data-driven decisions based on market trends, client feedback, and internal analysis to optimize business operations.
Ensuring Client Performance:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively address any concerns or issues raised by clients to maintain positive relationships.
Portfolio Management:
- Manage a portfolio of staffing projects, and clients, allocating resources effectively to meet client demands and maximize profitability.
- Analyze project performance and make strategic decisions to optimize resource allocation and improve overall portfolio profitability.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative environment within different teams under Indirect practice to encourage knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and innovation.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Delivery Management:
- Oversee the delivery of staffing solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality service to clients.
- Monitor project progress, address any issues, and implement necessary adjustments to meet client expectations while streamlining internal processes.
Experience with Visas and Transfer Process:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge and expertise in visa transfer processes to facilitate smooth transitions for international candidates, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate complex visa requirements and mitigate risks associated with international staffing.
Leadership Abilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, leveraging analytical skills to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
- Mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Agile Meetings:
- Lead agile meetings for sprint planning, and retrospectives to keep projects on track and foster continuous improvement.
- Collect feedback from clients and stakeholders regarding services provided and share insights with relevant teams for continuous learning and improvement and vice versa.
Data Analysis for BU Leaders and Stakeholders:
- Gather, analyze, and present data relevant to staffing projects, providing valuable insights to business unit leaders and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data analysts to develop meaningful metrics and dashboards to track project performance and inform decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business administration, Management, or related field preferred but not mandated.
- Proven experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on indirect business models.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in management tools and agile methodologies.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
- Extensive experience with visa transfer processes and compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership-level understanding and analytical skills.
