Position Summary:

As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Your role will involve creating effective ad strategies, optimising ad performance, and ensuring our advertising efforts drive business growth and success.

Your major responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various platforms (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, etc.).
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases.
  • Ad Creation: Write compelling ad copy and design engaging ad creatives that attract and convert target audiences.
  • Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bids to maximise ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance data using Google Analytics and other tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad variations and strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to achieve maximum results within budget constraints.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure optimal campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
  • Certifications: Google Ads Certification is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
