Apply appropriate analysis and optimization techniques to scale paid media performance campaigns on Google Ads
Run both regular as well as retargeting campaigns on Search + Display campaigns on Google
Construct top targeting segments based on campaign goals through demographic data, Affinity markets, Custom Audiences, and other available data
Use data from Google Ads as well as our internal data tools to expand, evolve, and optimize paid performance campaigns
Perform daily account management
Provide conversion-focused Ad creative direction and write ad copies based on past data Learnings.
Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking & revenue tracking
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and identify critical areas of importance in accordance with internal performance goals
Work closely with the in-house team to ensure targets are hit.
Staying current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to social media marketing, search engine marketing, analytical & eCommerce tactics
Stay on top of Google Ads Policies
Desired Skills
At least 2+ years running conversion-focused digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, with ROI-related KPIs
Highly proficient in Google AdWords
Comfortable with A/B testing methods
Excellent with Excel
Experience in working in Domestic as well as Global markets a plus
Ad copywriting experience with Google Ads audience as the target
