Job Description
We are seeking an experienced PPC Team Leader to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The PPC Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving successful PPC campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of PPC specialists, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure the team meets performance targets and objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for our clients or company.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Create and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including campaign setup, ad copywriting, bidding strategies, and ongoing optimization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to continuously improve PPC strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, content marketing, and design, to integrate PPC efforts with overall digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies in PPC advertising and recommend innovative solutions to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on PPC advertising.
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across various platforms, with a strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimizations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Google Ads and Bing Ads certification preferred.
- Experience with PPC management tools such as Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
