Macro Role:
To deliver goods in required quantities to customers in the required delivery schedule.
To Ensure Plan vs Feed targets are met.
To ensure maximum utilization of all resources.
To ensure the production of quality products.
To minimize the product throughout time (amount of time required for a product to pass
through, the manufacturing process)
To maintain flexibility in manufacturing operations.
Co-ordinate between labor and machines and various supporting departments
Specific Responsibilities :
Schedules based on sales forecasts, and inventory.
Policies & lead times.
Developed monthly & annual & quarterly ending.
Inventory budget requirements for raw materials.
Components finished goods & finished stocks.
Skills Required:
Good communication Skills, Good in Mathematics, Must have basic knowledge of Excel.
