Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PPC Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing pay-per-click advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms. Your primary goal will be to drive targeted traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI for our clients or company.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Keyword Research: Identifying relevant keywords for targeting based on search volume, competition, and relevance to the business or campaign objectives.
- Ad Copywriting: Writing compelling ad copy that attracts clicks and drives conversions, while adhering to the platform's character limits and best practices.
- Bid Management: Monitoring and adjusting bids to ensure optimal performance and achieve desired goals such as maximizing clicks, conversions, or return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Performance Analysis: Analyzing campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI), and making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- A/B Testing: Setting up and conducting A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and other elements to identify what resonates best with the target audience and drives better results.
- Client Communication: Communicating with clients or internal stakeholders to provide updates on campaign performance, discuss strategy, and address any concerns or questions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in PPC management, or advertisment campaign management preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Developing innovative strategies and ad creatives to stand out in competitive markets and capture audience attention.
- Proficiency in using PPC advertising platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising interfaces, as well as analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and updates in PPC advertising platforms and digital marketing as a whole.
Shift Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM
Salary Range: 30k-40k
