We are seeking an experienced Paid Ads Manager to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google and Facebook Ads platforms, while also leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Proven experience in team management, including leading, mentoring, and developing a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
- Ability to develop result-driven advertising strategies.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in managing conversion and tracking setups, with a good command of platforms such as GMC, GTM, GA4, and Commerce Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in managing conversion and tracking setups.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to tackle challenges and quickly adapt to new information.
- Experience with Snapchat and TikTok ads is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Plan an ads strategy that aligns with the client's requirements and goals, crafting tailored solutions that drive results.
- Conduct daily or weekly optimization and maintenance of all Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts to ensure optimal performance.
- Expertise in creating comprehensive PPC audits to assess and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Generate and present detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and strategic insights.
- Maintain effective and proactive communication with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends and techniques to continuously refine and enhance campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing and new advertising channels.
- Monitor budget allocation and performance against goals, making adjustments as necessary to maximize ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Conduct timely team meetings, performance reviews, and provide feedback to team members.
