Job Description

We are looking for a proven and result-driven Google Ads and Sales Funnel Specialist. The right candidate will join us in a full time position to build and tweak Online Course Sales Funnels and Google Ads, allowing them to create results and improve our Google Ads accounts and maximize the return on our investment.

Should have experience in Google AdWords (Search & GDN) campaign management, Google Editor expertise, Bing Ads campaign management, Remarketing campaign management, Product Listing Ads campaign management, Lead generation campaign management, Google Analytics data analysis and report, Paid social ads (Facebook and Instagram).

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns
  • Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages
  • Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI)
  • Use Google Ads to drive a variety of online marketing campaigns
  • Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to increase ROI
  • Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple devices
  • Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility
  • Collaborate with a team of content writers, marketers, and engineers
  • Manage the entire process of building web sales funnels in line with our requirements
  • Build landing page sales funnels in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide coaching to new team members on all paid ads and sales funnel related support requests
  • Show initiative to improve the funnel build process

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets Required

  • Complete responsibility of Google Ads, Social ads and Sale Funnel Optimaztaion
  • You have significant experience with the following;funnel page builders (ClickFunnels, Kartra etc), Active Campaign, ScheduleOnce, Zapier, Vimeo, Zoom, VSL funnels, webinar funnels, Zendesk, G Suite, Stripe
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize the campaigns.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links and strategize the best plan ahead for the business
  • Optimize the ad copy, landing pages for the best lead quality.
  • Optimize the campaigns regularly for improving the performance.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Build on an existing level of search engine marketing expertise and develop a reputation for innovation and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in search engine marketing, digital marketing as well as consumer behaviour and recommend improvements.

Key Points:

  • You have experience with VSL/webinar funnels that drive leads to a phone call (paid ads, funnel, application)
  • You are an excellent communicator and are confident coaching team members on tactics related topics
  • You have a high level of attention to detail in your work
  • You are solution orientated with a consistent positive attitude
  • You ideally have 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • You are a self starter able to maintain high levels of productivity working onsite
  • You are proactive and always get things done
  • You have experience building sales funnels in the online coaching industry is plus
  • A degree in digital marketing or a related business field
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), and Google Analytics
  • An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
  • Google Ads certification
  • Competency with using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce reports and presentations for analytics
