Job Title: PowerPoint Design Specialist

Job Description:
As a PowerPoint Design Specialist at Calsoft, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective presentations that communicate complex information in a clear and compelling manner. Working closely with various teams within the organization, you'll transform ideas, data, and content into engaging and impactful presentations.
Responsibilities:
Design visually aesthetic PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to understand presentation requirements and objectives.
Develop creative concepts and themes aligned with Calsoft's branding guidelines and messaging.
Use design expertise to enhance slide visual appeal with graphics, images, and multimedia elements.
Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and color schemes across all presentations.
Produce compelling visual representations in PowerPoint based on style guidelines.
Conduct thorough quality checks for accuracy and consistency.
Review presentations for formatting issues and make necessary adjustments.
Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously elevate presentation quality and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Proven experience as a presentation designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and other design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
A keen eye for design, understanding layout, typography, and color theory.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, translating ideas into visual concepts effectively.
Attention to detail, working efficiently under tight deadlines.
