Job Summary
As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports that provide critical data insights. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, handle complex data modeling, and ensure the performance and scalability of data solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, incorporating complex data models and logic.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into high-impact, actionable data insights.
- Design robust ETL models leveraging data warehousing principles and Power BI's data integration capabilities.
- Utilize DAX and Power Query for handling complex logic and calculations, including advanced time intelligence functions.
- Optimize report performance and ensure adherence to best practices for report development and data visualization.
- Implement and manage row-level security and data governance in Power BI Services.
- Use advanced Power BI functionalities like Tabular Editor, custom visuals, and interactive features to enhance user experience.
- Continuously improve data models, develop automation solutions, and troubleshoot issues in existing dashboards.
Requirements- Technical Skills:
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and complex time intelligence functions.
- Proficiency in designing ETL models within a data warehousing framework.
- Expertise in performance tuning, report optimization, and implementing advanced Power BI functionalities.
- Familiarity with Power BI Services, row-level security, and data governance.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics (R, Python, AI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with other BI tools like Tableau and QlikView.
- Experience: Proven ability to work with cross-functional data connections and interpret data requirements for optimal dashboard design.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, data interpretation, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
