Roles and Responsibilities:As a Technology Lead with Infosys, your role will involve direct client interfacing, quality assurance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through efficient project delivery. You will:
- Client Interaction: Interface with the client to ensure quality assurance, issue resolution, and continuous customer satisfaction.
- Requirements and Design: Understand client requirements, create and review designs, and validate architectures for optimal solution delivery.
- Technical Leadership: Lead the team in developing high-quality, optimized code. Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
- Project Estimation & Risk Planning: Participate in project estimation, technical risk planning, and provide inputs for solution delivery.
- Code & Unit Testing Reviews: Conduct code reviews and unit test plan reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Knowledge Management: Foster continual knowledge sharing and development among teams.
- Efficient System Design: Contribute to building scalable and efficient programs/systems.
Mandatory Skills:- MS Canvas PowerApps (MS Power Platform) Must have
- MS Automate Flow (MS Power Platform) Must have
- SharePoint Online Must have
- Power BI Must have
Work Experience:- Minimum 8+ years of experience in SharePoint and Microsoft technologies.
- Proven experience in customer handling, team leadership, and project management.
Educational Requirements:- Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent degree).
Technical Skills & Requirements:Must Have:
- SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online (Classic & Modern).
- Power Automate (MS Power Platform).
- MS Canvas PowerApps (MS Power Platform).
- Power BI.
- SharePoint Online Custom Coding.
- .NET Framework, HTML5, JavaScript, and general web development technologies.
Other Requirements:
- Proven success in working with all levels of management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
