Job Title: Power Platform Solution Architect
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Power Platform Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Power Platform Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Pages. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for automation and optimization, and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions. Additionally, you will ensure the implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines, security measures, governance policies, and scalability strategies

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design end-to-end solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, reports, and Power Pages using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
- Implement best practices and standards for Power Platform development, including CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, version control, and release management.
- Ensure the security of Power Platform solutions by implementing appropriate authentication, authorization, encryption, and data protection mechanisms.
- Establish governance policies and guidelines for Power Platform usage, including data governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Design solutions with scalability in mind, considering factors such as data volume, user growth, and performance optimization.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to established architectural principles and governance policies.
- Conduct solution demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders, showcasing the capabilities of the Power Platform and its potential impact on business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, DevOps engineers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in the Power Platform ecosystem, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge to drive innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role, with a focus on designing and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
- In-depth knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Pages, including hands-on experience in development and customization.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, security principles, governance frameworks, and scalability strategies related to Power Platform solutions.
- Experience implementing and configuring security features such as role-based access control (RBAC), data loss prevention (DLP), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Familiarity with governance tools and platforms for monitoring, managing, and enforcing policies across the Power Platform environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to design innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Functional Consultant, Power Platform Developer, or Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable.
- Successful completion of the Microsoft Power Platform App Maker certification is required.
