Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and implementing solutions tailored to meet client needs using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align solutions with project goals and ensure they meet business needs.
- Conducting thorough testing to ensure functionality, usability, and integration with existing systems.
- Managing expectations and addressing any issues during the implementation process.
- Implementing governance and change processes to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Overseeing the overall design of the solution, ensuring it aligns with the architecture of Microsoft Power Platform.
- Communicating with customers on how the platform can meet their needs and influence solution architectures.
Qualifications
- Certifications: Holding relevant certifications such as the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert - Certifications | Microsoft Learn is crucial or committed to achieving this certification (IT Partner will cover the exam costs). This certification demonstrates a deep understanding of the Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is commonly expected.
- Experience: Prior experience as a developer, functional consultant, or solution architect on Power Platform projects is beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents, along with knowledge of data manipulation, automation, and integration.
- Business Acumen: Understanding business processes and being able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders and leading project teams.
- Analytical Skills: The ability to perform solution envisioning and requirement analyses, architect a solution, and implement it effectively.
