- As a Power Platform Solution Architect, you will be a pivotal member of our AI & Automation Team, focusing on the architecture and optimization of business solution landscape within the Power Platform suite
- Your role will entail utilizing your architectural expertise when integrating Microsoft Power Platform with other business systems like Dynamics 365, SAP, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AI, Azure Devops, and various other specialized systems, that are already bringing positive impact on the business
As such, integration mastery, collaborative leadership, user empowerment and being an innovation driver will be the essence of your key responsibilities, which includes:
- Design comprehensive solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on Apps, Automate, BI, and Virtual Agents.
- Configure and administrate Power Platform environments and seamlessly merge with key systems: Dynamics 365, SAP, Teams, SharePoint, and specialized tools.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, grasp business needs, and deliver tech solutions in line with organizational goals.
- Utilize Azure AI for enhanced automation and data-driven decision-making.
- Advocate for best practices in solution design, ensuring good and strong data governance.
- Support and train users for proficient adoption of Power Platform applications.
- Lead continuous improvement and innovation in Power Platform and related technologies.
Qualifications
- To qualify for the role we envision you might hold a Bachelors degree in IT, Digital Business or similar along with proven experience in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform
- As a candidate you hold good knowledge of Dynamics 365, SAP, Teams, SharePoint, and related systems as well as have familiarity with Azure AI and its integration with Power Platform
- As our digital teams supports people and business and work in close collaboration across our segments, we are looking for excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking ability along with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Hempel is easily a place where you can grow professionally if you bring an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies - although you might already be certified in Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals or higher, but for the successful candidate, we do offer the opportunity to upskill yourself with certifications within the Power Platform space
