About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Senior/Lead Developer to drive delivery excellence, mentor our development team, and create impactful applications. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to ensure high-quality project outcomes while helping team members advance their skills through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Leadership:
- Lead and manage the delivery of Power Platform projects, ensuring best practices and high standards.
- Maintain efficient execution of projects, meeting both technical and business objectives.
Team Mentorship and Development:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them build advanced skills and practical competencies in Power Platform.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and hands-on support to strengthen team abilities and confidence.
Power Platform Application Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy applications within the Power Platform ecosystem for internal and client projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs and user expectations.
Knowledge Transfer and Enablement:
- Lead knowledge-sharing webinars and on-the-job sessions to enable effective knowledge transfer to team members.
- Establish practices for sustainable knowledge sharing to support long-term development success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer, with advanced skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure integration.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a development team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective mentoring and knowledge transfer.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- Experience facilitating technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Project management skills to oversee and optimize project delivery.
