As a Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Developer/Consultant, you will be at the forefront of enhancing Euromonitor International internal business processes. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot/Gen AI tools to optimize workflows and drive operational efficiency. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in aligning departmental visions with successful implementation, ensuring the effective utilization of Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Development:
- Design, develop, and implement business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and implement efficient workflows to eliminate manual tasks and optimize operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Technical Expertise:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.
- Act as a hands-on Developer/Consultant for the implementation of Power Platform and Copilot solutions.
- Integrate artificial intelligence (GenAI) capabilities into business processes to enhance automation and decision-making.
- Roadmap Contribution:
- Contribute to the development and communication of the internal roadmap for Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.
- Ensure alignment with Euromonitor's strategy, goals, and objectives.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with stakeholders to align business and divisional strategy.
- Conduct regular forums to gather feedback, address concerns, and suggest new ideas.
- Act in consulting capacity.
- User Support and Documentation:
- Support users during the transition from inception to production, providing expertise during training, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Manage documentation of business requirements, workflows, processes, applications, and data dictionaries.
- Team Collaboration:
- Represent the Enterprise Applications team as a primary contact for Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot solutions.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with budget, objectives, and quality standards.

Skills/Proficiencies Required:
- Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Power Platform Proficiency:
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
- Ability to leverage Power Platform capabilities to design and implement scalable and efficient business solutions.
- Power Automate Workflows:
- Expertise in creating automated workflows using Power Automate (formerly Flow).
- Implementation of efficient and reliable processes for data integration, approvals, and notifications.
- Microsoft Copilot and/or GenAI Expertise:
- Understanding and practical application of Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
- Experience in utilizing Copilot for intelligent code suggestions, automation, and enhancing development efficiency.
- Experience in LLM and Gen AI toolkit and prompts.
- Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents):
- Knowledge of creating chatbots and virtual agents using Power Virtual Agents.
- Integration of virtual agents into business processes to enhance user interaction and automate tasks.
- Power Apps Development:
- Confidence in building custom applications using Power Apps.
- Ability to design user-friendly interfaces and integrate with various data sources for seamless functionality.
- Communication Skills:
- Effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
- Ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-solving Skills:
