Job Title: Senior Dynamics 365/Power Platform Developer

Location: Ahmedabad

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics 365/Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 development and customization, along with proficiency in C# and JavaScript. This individual will play a key role in transitioning our on-premises implementation to the cloud platform, re-engineering customizations as needed, and integrating external applications using Power Platform Connectors.

Responsibilities:

Develop and customize solutions within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Transition on-premise implementations (Dynamics CRM 2011 and Dynamics NAV 2009 R2) to the cloud platform.

Review existing on-premise customizations and re-engineer them as necessary using the latest technology.

Integrate external applications with Dynamics 365 using Power Platform Connectors.

Develop and implement client portal solutions, potentially migrating from ADX Studio to Power Pages.

Follow DevOps practices and participate in CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development, with a focus on plug-in and client-side customization.

Proficiency in C# and JavaScript.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform are highly desirable.

Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with Jira is a bonus.

Power Pages experience is a bonus.
