Power BI Developer

Job Responsibilities

Develop Power BI dashboards, customized reports and scorecards based on business requirements Collaborate with the Business and Data Services teams across India, Philippines and US to gather requirements from business and translate them into technical solutions. Responsible for reviewing and optimization of SQL queries and investigating database performance issues. Mentor young team consisting of data visualization experts and data analytics professionals.

Qualification:

B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MS Degr

Job Requirement

• Overall 4 years of experience: 4+ years of experience using Power BI Desktop & Services; 4+ years experience in (DI &BI)
• Strong DAX development
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
• Should be able to maintain active communication with the functional team in identifying process, report needs, data gaps.
• Should be able to mentor and train other team members in Power BI processes.
• Should have Background in data warehouse designShould be able to model and develop Power BI dashboards and reports
• Expertise in deploying Power BI on-prem solution for external reporting
• Expertise with portal integration by embedding Power BI content in external portals.

Experienced complete lifecycle of at least one data warehouse/Business Intelligence program at Enterprise scale.

Work Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift Timing: 11 AM to 8 PM
