Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Power BI & SQL Developer with a strong foundation in database development and data analysis. The ideal candidate will excel in creating interactive dashboards, reports, and datasets using Power BI and possess proficiency in writing complex DAX expressions. The successful candidate will join our team to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting and Analytics: Power BI
- Design, develop, and deploy interactive, visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports
- Create transformations using Power Query
- Develop complex DAX expressions to meet reporting requirements
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data visualizations
- Optimize Power BI dashboards performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions
- Develop and maintain reports to support business operations and decision-making using Power BI.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance system utilization.
Project Management:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Training and Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations.
- Create test scripts for Unit testing and UAT
- Create training documentation for end users
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years experience in Power BI development is mandatory
- At least 5 years of expertise in Reporting and Analytics.
- Proven experience integrating MS SQL with Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
- Remote./ Hybrid environment
- May require evening or weekend work
