Job Description

We are seeking a talented, energetic individual to join our team supporting Synopsys Microsoft 365 platform and other IT services and infrastructure. Our team's mission is to provide world class IT Support for all collaboration tools and business process software. This role will be focused on improving our global support of the Microsoft 365 infrastructure and building automation into our offerings.

Individuals should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to learn and support new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration, Governance, and Support of SharePoint 2019, PowerBI,Graph API, Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive
  • Implementing app integrations within Teams in all phases from testing to production
  • Building automations, forms, dashboards, and workflows using Power Platform services mainly in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI Online
  • Collaborating with colleagues globally to successfully work together on projects and operational tasks.
  • Supporting and engaging internal customers around the globe, ensuring their projects and issues are resolved such that their requirements are being met.
  • Automate tasks using Python, PowerShell & low/no code solutions (Power Automate, UIPath, etc.)
  • Perform testing and support application plug-ins to Microsoft 365 products.
  • PKI support in Microsoft Certificate Authority
  • Support maintenance & patching of SharePoint 2019 & Power BI on Prem environments for upgrades and security vulnerabilities
  • Independently review and analyze situations, data, and procedures to propose the most efficient solution(s) to your manager and/or team.
  • Ensure all work complies to Synopsys security policies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills in English, both written and verbally
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, patience, attentiveness, dependability, and effective communication.
  • Existing experience or knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform technologies including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API
  • Scripting knowledge in PowerShell and Python
  • Knowledge on SQL server database is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
  • Motivated and able to complete tasks and assignments with minimal oversight.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and/or course training preferred.
