Job title : Process Automation Specialist /Power App Developer for Process Improvement
Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)
Summary
As a PowerApps Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating efficient workflows, automating processes, and leveraging Power Apps and other Power Platform components to drive improvements. You will be designing, developing, testing, and managing PowerApps applications on behalf of the Solutions Delivery Platform. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Solutions Delivery team to create, test, and deploy applications. Additionally, you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those requirements. You will support working on internal projects with the Process Improvement Project Engineer that improves the processes and achieves results that advance the business of Bastian Solutions. The Power App Developer for Process Improvement will provide dedicated service to meet the improvement objectives of Bastian Solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Application Development
- Develop, test, and manage PowerApps applications and reports.
- Collaborate with the team to create robust and user-friendly solutions.
- Ensure that all app features are accessible and easy to use.
Technical Expertise
- Possess a technical background in PowerApps and Software Development
- Translate business goals and objectives into app requirements.
Collaboration
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain and enhance the company's PowerApps app.
Mobile App Development
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile-friendly Power App for iOS and Android platforms.
- Integrate PowerApps into the overall platform.
- Work with process improvement project engineer to identify process improvement opportunities in the areas of internal procedures, quality, cost, and performance
- Develop process internal improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
- Facilitate the deployment of new and changed processes to provide improved results.
- Conduct regular meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
- Review and update business procedures and documents based on project requirements.
- Document and report project progress to stakeholders.

Education Requirements
4 Year / bachelor's degree, Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (Required)
