Post: Power BI (Technical Trainer) Training experience is must.

Location: Pune(WFO)

Experience: 3+ years

Demonstrated experience as a technical trainer or in a similar capacity, preferably within the technology sector.

Profound understanding of technical concepts, tools, and systems pertinent to the organization's products or services.

Exceptional presentation and communication prowess, with the ability to elucidate intricate technical concepts lucidly and comprehensibly.

Familiarity with instructional design principles, training methodologies, and adult learning theories.

Adaptability in tailoring training delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.

Proficiency in utilizing training tools and technologies such as Libre, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel (including Advanced Excel), Power BI, and SQL.

Outstanding organizational aptitude and time management skills, adept at juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Willingness to occasionally travel for training sessions or events, as necessitated.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Python, PySpark, PMP, Figma, Google Analytics, and Generative AI.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with a broad spectrum of learners.
