As Powder Coating Supervisor you will be responsible for the health & safety standards, purchasing, stock control and quality standards of a 6-man team. Candidates must possess previous experience of working in a managerial or supervisory role within a manufacturing, paint shop or powder coating environment.
Responsible for a 6-man team of powder coating operatives
- Ensure products are completed and ready for dispatch on time
Ensure products meet quality standards- Purchasing & Stock Control
Manage production schedules of both shifts
- Resolve any customer issues
Compliance with Health & Safety Standards- Work to set production targets and have responsibility of updating production records daily
Demonstrable Experience in powder coating/paint shop/manufacturing- Management/Supervisor qualification or experience
Ability to work to multiple deadlines and priorities workload effectively
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills
