Understand both voluntary and mandatory corporate actions events, including their terms and conditions.
Notify clients regarding corporate events within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Receive and submit elections from clients to custodians within the deadline.
Correctly process corporate actions events within the defined SLA.
Reconcile cash and stock breaks for stocks and Contracts for Difference (CFD) positions.
Handle end-to-end processing of corporate actions events, from client notification to resolution of cash and stock breaks.
Maintain effective communication with clients and team members located in Denmark, London, and India.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of client accounts, relevant payouts, and cash/stock reconciliation.
Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in operations, including income and mandatory corporate actions.
Strong and effective communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
Ability to work independently and maintain a positive working relationship with the team.
Capable of performing multiple tasks under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Willingness to work in different shift timings, with shifts starting from 9 AM till 11 PM.
Understanding of investment banking and capital markets.
