This executive role is critical for someone who can ensure robust sales performance across all channels, contributing significantly to our business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Sales Leadership: Oversee and optimize e-commerce sales directly from our website, ensuring a superior online shopping experience and achieving significant sales growth.
- Strategic Marketplace Management: Develop and execute strategic partnerships with leading online marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, and Nykaa Fashion. Maintain and enhance strong sales performance across these platforms.
- Shop-in-Shop Concept Execution: Lead the implementation and management of the Shop-in-Shop concept in major cities, ensuring successful integration and maximized sales.
- Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBO) Development: Strategize and oversee the establishment of EBOs, driving sales through these dedicated brand channels.
- Comprehensive Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement a robust sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands market presence.
- Executive Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Market Insights and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive tactics, informing strategic decisions.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors, ensuring sustained business growth.
- Achievement of Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through innovative sales tactics and effective management.
- Sales Reporting and Strategic Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Extensive Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive sales experience in the fashion or apparel industry, with a strong focus on Western wear.
- E-commerce and Marketplace Expertise: Proven track record in managing e-commerce sales and strategic collaborations with major online marketplaces.
- Executive Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams at an executive level.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of fashion market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive strategies.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
