Position: Executive Assistant to the CXO Team (Mid-Senior Level)
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (Full-Time, Office-Based)
YUVAKAA, an exciting new Western wear fashion brand under Transcontinental Celebration World Pvt. Ltd., is preparing to go live soon. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CXO team. This mid-senior level role involves providing high-level administrative support to the executive leadership, ensuring smooth and efficient operations as we launch and grow our brand. Only candidates with significant experience and the ability to handle high-level tasks will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CXO team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Handle all communications on behalf of the CXO team, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for executive meetings. Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and events.
- Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved. Provide support in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CXO team, ensuring zero errors and high-quality standards.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination on behalf of the CXO team.
- Office Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment.
- PR and External Engagement: Take on new challenges related to PR activities and other external engagements as required.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks with a zero-error tolerance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Presentability: Maintain a professional and presentable demeanor at all times.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Availability: This is a full-time, office-based position in Andheri West, Mumbai. Remote work is not supported.
