Job Description
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage a daily volume of approximately 30 phone calls and 100 devices, focusing on the identification and resolution of wet stock issues.
Conduct comprehensive technical troubleshooting, even when call times exceed 30 minutes, ensuring meticulous issue resolution.
Execute tasks with precision, following a task-based, time-boxed, and functional approach while adhering to established procedures.
Perform thorough troubleshooting of Variance Analysis, addressing intricate issues.
Serve as the primary point of contact for designated customers, expertly managing queries and providing guidance on inventory control matters.
Actively participate in scheduled customer cadence meetings, nurturing strong and lasting relationships.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to effectively address technical and inventory control challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Demonstrated experience in technical support, inventory control, or related fields.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication skills for adeptly managing customer interactions and facilitating crossfunctional collaboration.
Proficiency in time management, enabling handling tasks within allocated time frames.
Proficiency in using relevant software tools for documentation and communication.
Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Keen attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities.
Possession of a Bachelor's degree/Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
