Job Details
Provide technical support for retail applications including MAO POS, Back Office, Xstore, JDA, AWS, ensuring timely issue resolution within defined SLAs.
Manage system integrations between POS systems and loyalty programs, ERP, CRM, and payment gateways, ensuring seamless transaction flow and data accuracy.
Handle user access management, password resets, and account lockouts for platforms such as Xstore, JDA, Onelogin, Dayforce, and Yoobic.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues with POS registers, pin pads, Zebra tablets, iPads, barcode scanners, and other peripheral devices.
Monitor and resolve network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN), ensuring minimal disruption to POS operations and adherence to connectivity KPIs.
Perform regular software upgrades, patches, and POS system health checks, reducing downtime and improving Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
Ensure proper syncing between POS systems and back-office platforms, maintaining inventory and financial data integrity.
Flexible to work in a 24x7 environment, maintaining high incident response rates and meeting incident management KPIs.
Minimum 2 years of L2 POS support experience with over 4 years of total technical experience.
