The role entails maintaining portfolio in order. This includes but not limited to 360-degree hygiene of each relationship, no overdue covenants, deferrals, renewals. Exploring cross sell opportunities, ensuring deeper engagement with each customer, and offering right solution to meet the business requirements. Ring fencing the customer by offering CASA, Insurance, Third Party Products, Investment solutions, etc. and ensuring best-in-class relationship management and customer experience to become their banking partner of choice.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Hygiene like Renewal of cases along with opportunity for enhancement of limits, Interest/Overdue servicing to reduce further flow into delinquency/NPA, Deferral dues closure, etc.
- Driving sales and relationship management teams for new customers acquisition and deepening of relationship through CMS, trade/Fx and Working capital requirements; grow the business banking book.
- Developing micro market and segment related solutions along with product teams to give differentiated proposition to customers.
- Driving service architecture through seamless integration of various channels supporting the business including branch banking, phone banking etc.
- Building collaborative work culture between branch, assets team and support structure.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Deepen relationship with customer and proactively own, respond, uncover, and anticipate future needs and expectations.
- Introduces solutions to clients in building and strengthening an effective portfolio.
- Work closely with Case managers on the on-boarding and retention of clients
- Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
- Maximizes client experience by proactively sharing market updates, trends, and intelligence.
- Execution of strategic initiatives launched centrally.
- Network with clients to identify avenues for new business opportunities.
- Administrate the credit relationship of the client, coordinating and supervising the entire process, ensuring the proper application of policies and processes.
Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities:
- Building collaborative work culture between branch, assets team and support structure to enable front line teams.
- Build, Grow and Nurture the team of Relationship Managers of the Region

Professional Qualification/Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
