Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Portfolio Manager in Real Estate. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for analyzing financial data, managing investment portfolios, and making strategic trading decisions. They will work closely with the finance team and collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities. The role is based in Bengaluru.
Customer Interaction:
o Make proactive calls to potential and existing clients to understand their real
estate needs and preferences.
o Schedule and conduct property demos and site visits for clients.
o Provide detailed information about properties, including location, pricing, and
features.
o Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Portfolio Management:
o Develop and manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring high levels of client
satisfaction and retention.
o Monitor market trends and property values to advise clients on potential
investments.
o Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, property information, and
transactions.
Sales and Conversion:
o Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into sales.
o Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
o Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
o Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback
for service improvement.
o Assist clients with the paperwork and documentation process.
Collaboration and Reporting:
o Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to generate and nurture
leads.
o Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market
feedback to management.
o Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry
trends and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience in real estate sales or portfolio management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skill
