JD Portfolio Manager Responsible for CV's Quality Check, CV's Deliveries, Client Handling, Client Management, MIS Maintenance, Performance Tracking & Revenue Generation
- Supervise the recruiting team (10-15 team members) and report on its performance
Provide adequate training to new hires in the team & to current team; as and when required- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. and )
Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
- Research and choose job advertising options
Regular follow ups with hiring managers on interviewing status- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Participate in job fairs and career events
Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Proven work experience (5-15 years) as a Portfolio Manager from Recruitment Industry- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
- Familiarity with hiring portals, social media and other professional networks
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills- Strong decision-making skills
Graduation/Post Graduation in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
