Oversee the gathering, creation of mockups, and documentation of complex requirements.
Translate intricate functional requirements into detailed technical requirements, offering multiple options for stakeholders.
Demonstrate the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely, catering to audiences with varying levels of experience and knowledge.
Facilitate effective communication channels between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and verify test cases/test scenarios, taking the lead in coordinating with the QA/Testing team to ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Create sophisticated wireframes, mockups, or prototypes to communicate intricate requirements and innovative ideas.
Conduct in-depth analysis of requirements, translating functional needs into technical specifications and creating detailed flow diagrams.
Preferred Skills :
4-8 years of experience in the Business Analyst role, demonstrating advanced proficiency.
Certification in Business Analysis, e.g., CCBA, CBAP, or related topics, will be a significant advantage.
Proficient in working with tools such as MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), JIRA, and Wireframing tools like MS Visio, Balsamiq, etc.
Possess a deep understanding and mastery of Agile Scrum practices.
Extensive experience in effectively collaborating with stakeholders and leading interactions with the software development team.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including advanced technical writing capabilities.
