About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Podcast Host with a strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the Web3 market. This role involves anchoring the podcast, conducting in-depth research on current crypto and Web3 topics, and booking and interviewing relevant industry guests. As the Podcast Host, you will be the host of the show, driving insightful conversations and delivering engaging content to our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Podcast Hosting: Serve as the primary host for the podcast, anchoring each episode, introducing topics, guiding discussions, and creating an engaging listening experience.

Content Research: Stay up-to-date with trends, news, and emerging topics within the cryptocurrency and Web3 space. Conduct research to present accurate, current, and insightful information.

Guest Booking and Preparation: Source, reach out to, and secure 50% of episode guests who are industry leaders, influencers, or experts in the crypto and Web3 markets.

Interviewing: Prepare and conduct interviews with guests, developing thoughtful and engaging questions that highlight guest expertise and enrich the audience's understanding.

Audience Engagement: Actively seek to connect with the podcast audience, incorporating listener questions and feedback into episodes as appropriate.

Episode Planning: Collaborate with production team members to plan episodes, coordinate schedules, and ensure all content aligns with brand and audience goals.

Qualifications

Knowledge & Passion: Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystem.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interviewing skills, with the ability to guide engaging, informative conversations.

Research Skills: Ability to independently research, interpret, and present technical and market information in a way that's accessible and exciting for a diverse audience.

Guest Outreach Experience: Comfortable with guest outreach, able to identify, contact, and secure industry professionals to appear on the show.

Organizational Skills: Well-organized with the ability to manage episode scheduling, guest coordination, and content planning.

Preferred

Previous experience hosting or producing podcasts.

Established network or connections within the crypto/Web3 industry.
