Job Description

Assess agent performance: assess agent behavior, counsel, and coach them in order to reduce negative customer experience, wastage of time and resources, and agent attrition. Assess team members interaction with customers against a set of quality standards which includes subjective components. Identifying team members who require increased coverage and analysis. Will be responsible for managing performance on a daily basis. Will need to dial if needed.

As a Pod Lead, you will be responsible for helping train the sellers on products and reduce the learning curve of newbies. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. The need is to lead by setting a good example and engaging the team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive individual targets from the assigned book.
  • Help BQ and Newbies to ramp- and reduce the learning curve.
  • Helping on hands-on training for specific products.
  • Driving overall POD performance.
  • Helping on upselling, PGAs, Revenue control and on top agencies / accounts relationship.
  • Handle difficult clients and de-escalate when required.
  • Follow up to ensure task implementation.

Key Competencies

  • Ability to explain complex topics in a variety of ways to successfully impart knowledge to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to adapt and communicate information to a wide range of audiences and in a variety of situations.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills to manage multiple complex tasks, issues, and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently to meet strict deadlines and able to work collaboratively with others in group settings.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).

Desired Skills

  • Excellent product and process knowledge
  • Should be good at coaching, feedback and listening skills
  • Prior experience in adwords is an added advantage
  • Having prior exposure to international markets before Regalix
  • Willing to work in any shift.
